Measured end-of-day
It's based on your highest end-of-day balance — never an intraday spike. A rough patch mid-session can't end your account.
Full transparency
The rules that govern your account are public and plain — no hidden traps, no moving goalposts. There's exactly one limit that can end your account. Everything else is how you pass and how you get paid.
How you pass
Hit your profit target while respecting your Max Loss Limit — that's the whole evaluation. One-time fee, no subscription, and no minimum-day grind: pass in as little as a single trading day on Prime, or two on Clear.
| Account | Profit target | Max loss limit |
|---|---|---|
| 25K | $1,500 | $1,000 |
| 50K | $3,000 | $2,000 |
| 100K | $6,000 | $3,000 |
| 150K | $9,000 | $4,500 |

The one hard limit
Your Max Loss Limit is the only thing that can close your account — and it's measured on your end-of-day balance, never an intraday swing.
It's based on your highest end-of-day balance — never an intraday spike. A rough patch mid-session can't end your account.
It follows your end-of-day balance as you work toward your target — no lock involved, just room to trade until you pass or fail.
It locks at your starting balance + $100 as your balance grows, and never falls back — protecting the profit you've earned.
Hitting your Max Loss Limit closes the account immediately. It is the only hard limit.
Your freedom to trade
The flexibility most firms take away — kept, because skill shouldn't be boxed in.
Trade through any news event in evaluation, with no timing restrictions. News trading stays allowed once funded, within fair-use limits.
Fully or semi-automated strategies with your own proprietary algorithm are welcome.
Copy trades freely between your own accounts.
Run up to 3 active funded accounts at once, under one personal (non-professional) holder.
The boundaries
Beyond the Max Loss Limit, a short list of conduct rules keeps trading fair and accounts honest. Break one and we may close the account at our discretion — no refund for violations.
No holding offsetting positions to lock in risk — within an account, across your own accounts, or coordinated with others.
All positions close by the daily close-out at 4:59 PM ET. No overnight or weekend holds.
Don't share, sell, or transfer your account — only the verified account holder may trade it.
No spoofing, layering, wash trades, or other manipulative or illegal order activity — the rules every exchange already requires.

During the evaluation, yes — trade through any news event with no timing restrictions. On funded accounts, news trading is still allowed but subject to fair-use limits and abuse monitoring; accounts showing abusive news-trading patterns may be restricted at our discretion.
Your Max Loss Limit is based on your highest end-of-day (closing) balance — never an intraday high — so it rises as your account grows. Once your balance climbs past its starting point, the limit permanently locks at your starting balance + $100 and never moves again, protecting the profit you've earned. The same model applies in evaluation and once you're funded. (Prime also adds a softer daily loss limit — see the Prime vs Clear comparison.)
No. All open positions close by the daily close-out at 4:59 PM ET. Overnight and weekend holding is not permitted.
Yes. You can hold up to 10 active evaluation accounts at a time, and a maximum of 3 active funded accounts across all individuals in the same household or LLC. All funded accounts must be registered under a personal (non-professional) designation.
Yes — you're free to copy trades between your own accounts (self-copy trading). Every account must be traded by its verified account holder.
There's no fixed payout window — request a payout on any eligible day once you've met your package's requirements. Approved payouts are disbursed within 5 business days.
You can trade all major CME, CBOT, NYMEX, and COMEX futures contracts — equity indices (ES, NQ, YM, RTY), energy (CL, NG), metals (GC, SI), treasuries, grains, and crypto (MBT, MET), in both standard and micro sizes.
There are two independent checks — an identity verification before your evaluation account is activated, and a payout verification with our payment partner after you pass. Each must be cleared on its own, and passing the first doesn't guarantee the second.
